My name is Ms. VinZant and I am going to be your second grade teacher!  This will be my 12^th year teaching and my 8 year teaching second grade for Ivory Primary and Fairview Elementary Schools.  I love teaching and watching my kiddo’s eyes light up when they finally understand.

I graduated with a Bachelor’s of Education in 2011 from the University of Arkansas Fort Smith.  I continue to take classes and learn new things.  I love to learn about stars and nebulas as my students will ‘see’ when they come into my room.  “To infinity and beyond.”

I am the oldest of 17 children.  I have 5 children of my own, 20 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.  I also have a little Pekingese named Chrissy.  I live in El Dorado with my grandsons Anthony, his wife Jennifer and their 7 month old Cyrus, Ashton, Angelo and Andrew.  The rest of my children, grandchildren and great grandchildren live near Fort Smith, AR or Poteau, OK.

I love music, reading and googling anything from DIYs to recipes.  My favorites include chocolate (turtles or M&Ms), Coke or Sonic strawberry limeade, Bacon Whopper, China Buffet restaurant and Walmart (you can find most anything there, one stop shopping).
