Summer Events:

Summer Feeding Program and Summer School Info:

June 4 - June 24 | Summer Feeding Program | FES & CFHS (Available to all children 18 and under!)

Breakfast: 7:30-8:10 AM
Lunch: 11:00-11:30 AM
Children 5th grade and younger will eat at FES, and children 6th grade through age 18 will eat at CFHS.

June 4 - June 24 | Summer School | FES & CFHS (Families have received notice if summer school is being recommended for their child.)

2025 Cardinal Football Summer Schedule:

Here's the summer schedule for 2025 Cardinal Football 7th-12th grades. Please contact Coach Vaughn (nvaughn@cfcards.net) with any questions.

Junior High student-athletes: if you participate in football and basketball, Coach Vaughn, Coach Houston, and Coach Jackson asked to share the following:

You may split time between basketball (attend from 9-10:00) and football (attend from 10-11:15) summer workouts on days both are happening.
You may also concentrate on football summer workouts only since it’s the first sport in the fall. Junior High football summer workouts are voluntary, but we hope to see you as much as possible!

2025-26 Lady Cardinal Basketball June Schedule and Parents Meeting:

Here's the June schedule for 2025-26 Cardinal Basketball 7th-12th grades, with one adjustment: on Tuesday, June 3, 7th-9th grades will practice 8:30-10:30.

There will be a parents meeting on Thursday, June 5, at 6:00 PM in the CFHS Commons.

The Lady Cardinals are accepting donations of bottled water over the summer. Please contact Coach Frazier (wfrazier@cfcards.net) with any questions.

2025 Camden Fairview Bands Schedule:

Here's the summer schedule for Camden Fairview Bands.

2025-2026 School Calendar:

School begins on Wednesday, July 30, 2025.

At its regularly scheduled meeting on January 21, the Camden Fairview School Board unanimously approved an alternate school calendar with a July 30 start date for the 2025-2026 school year. At its April 15 meeting, the Board unanimously approved the final version of the 2025-2026 calendar.

Students' school year will begin on July 30, 2025, and end on May 28, 2026.
Students will still attend 1068 hours of instruction as mandated by state law.
Summer break for students is 8.5 weeks.
Additional holidays were added throughout the school year. Most months have an extended weekend or week-long holiday.
Parent-Teacher Conferences for K-5 and 6-12 graders will be on separate nights in the first semester and on the same night during the second semester.
1-hour Early Out Wednesdays will be on each month's second and fourth Wednesdays.

Happy summer, Cardinals! Check out a few of the activities happening in Camden this summer, and don't forget to make reading a part of your summer fun!

Lady Cardinal Basketball Head Coach Whitney Frazier is inviting all siblings and cousins to attend the Lil' Lady Cards Basketball Camp on June 10 - 11. This camp is open to girls from pre-kindergarten through 7th grade. Registration forms can be picked up at the CFHS front office during summer school hours.
